We study your land, access, slope, sun exposure, views, house style, desired pool type, budget and technical constraints.
2. Design & Engineering
We define the size, shape, depth profile, equipment and finish palette. Rectangular, square, circular, irregular or beach-style — every pool starts with the right technical solution, not just a pretty sketch.
3. Documentation & Municipal Handling
We prepare the technical file, coordinate the required drawings and handle the paperwork with the municipality so the client does not need to chase forms, departments or clarifications.
4. Groundworks & Structure
xExcavation, base preparation, structural build, pipe routing, drainage strategy and technical installations are executed in the correct sequence for durability and performance.
5. Waterproofing, Equipment & Finishes
We install waterproofing, filtration, pumps, lighting, edges, internal finishes and all selected extras. This is where engineering meets beauty.
6. Start-Up & Handover
Testing, commissioning, water treatment setup, final snagging and handover. You receive a pool that is ready to enjoy, with clear guidance and documentation.
Design & Compliance
Pool design coordinated with your land, home and municipal requirements. We assess feasibility, setbacks, access constraints and the best route for technical documentation and submission
Structure & Waterproofing
Engineered structure suited to the soil conditions and chosen pool geometry. Waterproofing, expansion detailing and drainage are specified to reduce future problems and protect the investment.
Hydraulics & Equipment
Correctly sized pumps, filters, pipework, circulation points and treatment systems. Options include salt systems, heating, automation, covers, lighting and upgraded technical rooms.
Finishes & Heritage
From clean contemporary porcelain or stone looks to darker luxury finishes, mosaic details and natural beach-style entries, we tailor the final look to your villa, garden and taste.
